Working Smarter is Better Than Working Harder

Working Smarter is Better Than Working Harder

Don’t get me wrong. There’s nothing wrong with hard work. Working hard will get you from point A to point B. In order to get to point C you will need to learn to work smarter.

In the beginning you will want, and often need, to do everything yourself. All your writing, designing your logos and graphics, building your webpage, crafting your ads, doing your customer support. That’s a lot of hard work.

There is a smarter way.

Two word that you should add to your vocabulary are outsourcing and delegating. Learning how to implement these two techniques will improve your output, your sanity, and your bottom line.

Work hard until you can work smart. Hire and train someone to hire and train others so you can focus on your strengths and work you love to to do.

No successful entrepreneurs do everything by themselves. They have learned how to not only work hard, but how to work smarter.
